Be Confident In Your Contracting Company
At first, the thought of renovating your home can seem overwhelming and complicated. We understand that feeling! To make sure you can relax and focus on making your dream home a reality, we have created a simple, straightforward process so you know exactly what to expect when doing renovations.
From initial plans to the final touches, our process guarantees that you are well informed and confident when making decisions about how to bring your vision alive.
Our 11-Step Process
Step 1. Fill out our form
Fill out the form on our contact page so we can learn about your project and what you have in mind for your home.
Step 2. Phone consultation
Once we receive your contact form, we will follow up with a phone consultation to talk more in-depth about your vision for your home.
Step 3. On-Site consultation
There is a $100 cost for the on-site consultation that goes towards the final investment in your home when you move forward with us.
Step 4. Signing the contract
Once we have discussed all aspects of your renovation, we will go over the contract and sign it together. After the contract is signed, we will collect a 50% deposit on your project to order materials and get started.
Step 5. Design phase
During the design phase, we will decide on all the materials, details, and colors for your project. If necessary, we will work with an architect to ensure your home renovation is planned properly.
Step 6. Schedule Project Start
After solidifying the details of your project, we will schedule your project start date.
Step 7. Pre-job walkthrough
On your project start date, before we begin any construction, we will do a pre-job walkthrough to set the right expectations and answer any questions you may have.
Step 8. We Get To Work
This is where the magic happens. We will send updates to you, including pictures of our progress so that you know exactly what is happening in your home while we are enhancing it.
Step 9. Post-Job Walkthrough
Once the project is complete we will do a final walkthrough to reveal your brand-new space! If there is anything that needs perfecting before we leave, we will take care of it during this time.
Step 10. Follow Up
Even after your project is complete, we are here to serve you. That’s why we check in 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after your project completion. 12 months after, we will come back out to your home to do a final inspection ourselves.
Step 11. 2 - year warranty
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we offer a 2-year craftsmanship warranty on anything that is covered in our contract and within our control.
